Matthew and Taylor Mawby. Taylor is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She is always just so positive and genuinely happy. I’ve known Matthew and his family for quite some time and most recently met Taylor’s family so when I got the phone call about photographing his proposal to Taylor I was so excited for them. The proposal went smooth, Matthew killed it, and Taylor said “YES". So when I got the opportunity to photograph their wedding I couldn’t have been happier. I’ve known the Mawby’s for years and had photographed Mitch and Maurie’s wedding a few years ago (Matthew’s brother). Honestly, I just love working with everyone from these families. Beautiful inside and out.

The way Matthew looks at Taylor is something I think we can all see. There’s definitely something special going on there. When he saw Taylor coming down the aisle for the first time I think every guest had a tear in their eye to match his. One of those moments as a photographer that you don’t forget. I know Matthew and Taylor will never forget it either. These two together are something special. Their smiles and laughter together are contagious and they are just an absolute joy to be around. We fought with some rain on and off this day. It all cleared up just before the ceremony and everything turned out great. So proud to call Matthew and Taylor friends - absolutely incredible people.
